Return & Refund Policy

At Berks Vintage & Streetwear, every piece in our shop is carefully curated by us. Our inventory is a mix of pre-owned vintage and new items, and we take pride in making sure each piece is something we’d wear ourselves.

All Sales Are Final

Because of the one-of-a-kind nature of vintage and curated streetwear, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items. Please shop carefully and ask questions before purchasing — we’re happy to provide additional photos, measurements, or details on anything in the shop.

Item Condition

Every item is inspected before it hits the floor or our website. All known flaws — stains, holes, repairs, fading, missing tags, alterations, or any other wear — are clearly listed in the item’s description or noted in person at the time of sale.

Please remember:

Pre-owned items will show natural signs of wear consistent with their age. This is part of what makes vintage, vintage.
New items are sold as received from the source and inspected for quality before listing.
Sizing on vintage pieces can vary from modern standards — when in doubt, ask for measurements.

The One Exception

If you receive an item and discover a significant flaw or issue that was not disclosed in the listing or at the point of sale, we’ll make it right. Reach out to us within 3 days of purchase (or 3 days of delivery for online orders) with:

Your order number or receipt
Clear photos of the undisclosed issue
A brief description of the problem

If the flaw was genuinely missed on our end, we’ll issue a full refund or store credit — your choice. This is the only situation in which a refund will be considered.
